Paper Chemical Preparation
We know the systems we design and build are critical components to our customers’ operational functionality and overall profitability, among our series of ASA emulsifiers are designed to emulsify ASA in cooked starch or liquid polymer starch and feed the emulsion directly to the paper machine. With ASA rate up to 300+ KG/Hr and starch flows to 400+ LPM, these standard skids fit a wide range of applications. The standard design features a electrical enclosure, is PLC controlled including Artificial Intelligence calculation with ratio control of starch to ASA, flow following mode for multi-ply splitter application and a graphics color touch operator interface terminal to closely monitor all process parameters. These skids offer the customer a compact design with a stainless steel frame, and piping, and are supplied pre-piped, pre-wired and ready to operate.
